Today I am going to tell you all a proven method to melt away your tummy fat, abdominal fat, and that jiggly Thigh fat. the below method will also help you in losing your overall weight in a Healthy and most promising way. So, if you are interested to follow it religiously Stick till the end and come back after a few days to let others know if it works or not!

Know your Belly Fat/ Fat Type-

And I cannot stress enough on this point that How Important it is to know what you are going to cure. There are two Categories of Belly Fat/Fat namely-

2. Measure your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)-

Your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the number of calories your body needs to accomplish its most basic (basal) life-sustaining functions. And when Your calorie Intake is lower than your BMR that is when you start losing weight.

Just Go to Google and search BMR calculator. Fill In your Weight and Height and age and will give you your BMR.

I have jotted down 3 Methods which will help you achieve your Goal of getting Rid of excess Belly FAST. Which when followed for a long duration will surely make you happier and more satisfied with its result.

Try Intermittent Fasting — It’s a fasting method where you don’t eat/ drink anything during the fasting period which will add up to your Calorie. No food is allowed during the fasting period, but you can drink water, coffee, tea, and other non-caloric beverages.

Methods of intermittent fasting include alternate-day fasting, periodic fasting, and daily time-restricted feeding.

The second Method-

Macro cycling — As the name suggests Macro means small nutrients or macronutrients and cycling means a time frame.so together when combined it’s known as Macro cycling or Macro time frame. Macro cycling is a way of dieting where you keep checking on how much protein, carbs, and fats you consume over 2 weeks.

Here are some of the most popular ratios for macro cycling:

· Starting ratio: 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat

· Lower carb, higher fat ratio: 40% protein, 20% carbs, 40% fat

· Lower fat, higher carb ratio: 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat

The Third Method-

The nutrients-Based Diet- This diet is very Clean and the easiest of All three. Here we will focus on eating whole foods or Plant-Based Foods. And will avoid Intake of any other kind of sugars carbs or fats.
